Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to disconnect a connected account and how to request deletion of your data from barely.ai, operated by Barely Sparrow LLC ("Barely").

Disconnect a connected account

You can disconnect a connected platform (such as Meta — Facebook and Instagram) at any time:

  • In Barely, open your workspace settings and remove the connected account or its mapped assets. This revokes our access token and stops further syncing; and/or
  • In your Meta account, go to Settings → Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites), select Barely, and remove it.

Request deletion of your data

To request deletion of the data we hold about you — including data synced from connected platforms — email support@barely.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your account email and, if applicable, the workspace and connected account(s) involved.

We will verify your request and delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information (for example, records needed for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes). Deleting your data may end your ability to use parts of the Service.

What gets deleted

  • Stored access tokens for the connected account(s);
  • Synced assets and their performance history (posts and ad objects mirrored from the platform); and
  • On full account deletion, your account and workspace data, subject to the legal retention exceptions noted above.
