The Service

Barely provides marketing tools for creators, including links, pages, commerce, and analytics, including the ability to connect third-party platform accounts to sync and view performance data. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes will be the state and federal courts located in New York.
